prayer to restore my relationship with my baby’s father

Heavenly father,have mercy on me and thank you for giving me the opportunity to post this request. my boyfriend stayed together for almost four years,and we have a baby boy , i loved him with all my heart and wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.but suddenly things turned sour between us where i felt like darkness was surrounding us.

we started arguing and everything became a mess. he left me with his son and never came back. people keep accusing me and telling him bad things about me. i am feeling so hurt. i know that he still loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me, oh lord i pray for your miracle in his life , turn a light into his heart and change him.what ever it is that is holding him back from me and our son.

Urgent Prayer Request From A Struggling College Student

College has not been easy. I feel like I’ve been in the parked position, because I am finishing my science major, while also discerning a call to the priesthood or religious life. And because my grades have not been outstanding, I find it to be unlikely to continue on to become a veterinarian.

I pray that the Lord would help me and anyone else in college who is struggling to keep their grades up and working part-time to find the rest and resources to do well in school, graduate, find help for our personal problems, and make the right decision as to what the Lord is calling each of us to do. Prayer For a change in my situation

Dear Father,

I feel so broken, so sad, so alone…I have tried for so long but nothing works for me, it always ends up blowing up in my face. Father I ask why me, why you turned away from me. Everything in my life is crumbling and I don’t have the strength to pick up the pieces anymore.

I am so tired of feeling this way father, I am so tired of all the pain, all the heartache, life is not worth living if it is only to be filled with such sadness such heaviness of heart and I can’t understand why you stay silent oh my God. Rise up Lord and take control of my situation, I know that you see me, you hear me and you know what I am going through because your word says so.

So please do not be silent anymore Lord, do not stand by and watch as I gradually wither away like a flower in the desert, instead rise up oh Lord and answer my prayer, rise up Lord and change my story, give me these things that I ask of you and Lord I will be forever grateful and mindful of your help and I will praise your name all the days of my life.

In all Lord let your will be done, and give me the strength to accept it.

Tonight I beg you to remove the pain I feel everyday. I want to walk and wake up everyday with peace. I want to move on. Be Happy.Not feeling guilty for moving on. I need your strength Father. What Does the Bible teach us about Worry?

In all these Bible verses about worry, my favorite is Matthew 6:25-34, where we are told that we should not worry about our life, our clothing, our food, or any necessities for living.

Though the unbelieving world lives a life of constant worry, this should not be the life of the Christian. Too much worry about the things of this world can choke God’s influence in our life.

These Bible verses about worry tell us that God cares for us and loves us, so we should give all of our worries to him. We need to trust him to help us and provide us with support as he has promised throughout the Scriptures. And the apostle Paul tells us not to be anxious, but to pray to God with our requests so we can rest in peace.

Lead by Example:

Children will learn a great deal about prayer as they hear you pray. Pray in the morning, before meals, during family time, when someone is ill, at bedtime, or anytime for that matter!

As you boldly declare your faith in prayer to God, your children will be more apt to want to follow in your footsteps. They may even add to your prayers spontaneously.

Promote Talking:

Children might be apprehensive if they hear formal prayers and wonder if they could pray so eloquent.

Teach your children that praying simply means talking to God. Just like they would talk to their teacher, parent, or friend, they can talk to God. Let them know that there is really no right or wrong way to talk to God; they can simply share their feelings, thoughts, and concerns.

Read Bible stories together:

There are plenty of times that Jesus or others in the Bible prayed to God. Read Bible stories with your children as often as you can, as they will get to learn more about God and hear how men prayed to God back in the ancient days.

There are many Bible story books available to choose from. There are also childrens prayer books you could purchase and read together.

Write out some prayers:

If your child is struggling with an issue such as fear or ill health, write out some prayers to God that he or she can pray on occasion. I know one child who taped a piece of paper to her wall by her bed that had prayers written on it. She prayed those prayers every night before going to sleep.

Let your children know that they dont have to pray word for word, but to use the prayers as a guide. You dont want them to think that their doing it wrong.

Remind them of answered prayers:

If you and your children have prayed about something and that prayer was answered, let them know.

If you prayed for Aunt Susie to recover from the flu in record time and she did, celebrate the answered prayer with your children. This will act as a faith builder for them and theyll be more apt to pray in the future.

Give them a prayer journal:

Prayer journaling is a great way for your children to learn how to pray. Purchase or make a prayer journal out of a notebook and give it to your child. Tell him to write down prayers, as well as thoughts and feelings. Encourage him to make a note when a prayer has been answered.

This will help him to build his faith and express his feelings and desires to God.

Go through the Lords Prayer:

Matthew 6:9-13 is known as the Lords Prayer. Take your children through this prayer and discuss how Jesus prayed and how they can use the same type of prayer as an example while they pray.

The Lords Prayer can teach them to:

“Honor God
Ask God for daily needs to be met
Ask for forgiveness for sins
Promote protection from evil
Be thankful” [Matthew 6:9-13]

Have regular family prayer time:

Im sure youve heard the saying, A family that prays together stays together. Praying as a family is advantageous in various ways. There is a bond that is formed as people pray together and you can share that as a family.

Your children will come to love family prayer time, as there is much love and devotion during that time. Pray for each other, friends, the Body of Christ, the hurt, lost, lonely, afflicted, and so on. Commit to regular family prayer time and know that your prayers are powerful and changing lives.

Teaching your children to pray is a wonderful act of love and service. The power of prayer is remarkable and to instill that to your children is a worthwhile goal. It doesnt matter how old your children are now; you can begin teaching them about prayer today.

As you esteem prayer in your house, your children will come to understand that prayer is simply a part of life and be more apt to pray now and later in life.

Dear Lord,

I beseech you, O Lord, to let me truly forget and forgive him to the point when I would feel absolutely neutral, the way a mere acquaintance would, when I next see him or hear news of him. Please help me to get over my ex-boyfriend so that the goodness in life that You have in store for me will manifest itself soon. I beseech you, Lord, to help me forget him soon and for a good man who’s equally yoked in Christ with me to appear in my life soon.
I pray that you bless me with the willpower, courage and ability to really move on from lingering thoughts of my ex-boyfriend and get on with my life…Amen!

Dear heavenly Father,

I pray that You will lay Your healing hand on my Son, Tyrone, and set him free from the bondage of mental illness and drug use. Lord, I know you can deliver him from schizophrenia and drug abuse. Please grant him happiness and peace as he surrenders all to you, Lord. I pray that he will see the light that is shining ever so brightly at the end of his dark tunnel. I know that if my Son will turn to You, he will find a peace hes never known and that only comes from YOU. I pray that You will lay Your healing hand on my Son and set him free from the bondage of mental illness and drug use.

Lord, please give Tyrone the courage he needs at this time. Please give him the strength he needs to fight this battle and overcome . Help him to know your love and power that lives within him and he can call on you to be victorious in this battle! Lord, I love you and I thank you! It is done.

Prayer for healing from bladder infection

Dear God, please heal me from this affliction. I have taken medication and it has not worked. The pain and discomfort are unbearable. I cannot function. Help give me strength to hold on while you are healing me.

Holy Easter Day

Lord God of this holy Easter day, we bring Thee praise because of what Thou art and what Thou didst. Thou art the Lord of Resurrection. Thou art the Life eternal. To all of us who have the humble and the contrite heart, and the yearning and the eager heart, and the heart of prayer with faith, Thou canst give the life of God within ourselves.

“This is life that they may know Thee, the only true God,” is what Jesus said. We would ask to know God this day. Make it our birthday in holy things. May Easter ome to us indeed! This daylight, upon waking and getting ready for my day, I pray that you give me strength today, to be strong for You in this world full of temptations.

God please help him to commit to me

God I have never felt truly loved for me as a person by a man in my entire life not even my father. Every man I have had a relationship with I felt they were always in it not for the love they had for me but what I could worldly provide them.

For the first time in my life I feel like I have felt what it feels like to be truly loved for who I am but not for what I can provide however, this man has reservations because of a previously failed marriage of his and his worry over being responsible for my children one of which has special needs.

He used to say I will have to figure it out because I love you but then he left me because he was afraid to commit. He hasn’t completely left as he continues to not let go of me and says he can’t and that he still loves me but yet he is not committing to me. I am so afraid of getting hurt again yet I hold on because I believe he truly loves me for me I ask that God give him the ability to trust me and know that everything will be fine and that love for each other is all that is needed in life.

I don’t want to lose the only person in my half over life that I have ever felt loved me for who I am inside and out. God please give him the ability to commit to me and my kids. I love him so much and I am willing to submit to him as a wife is to submit to her husband. I want to have a Godly loving family with him.

Prayer for mental health for my sister

Dear lord,

My sister suffers from depression, panic attacks, anxiety and mental problems for almost 20 years. She refuses help and does not want to see the doctor. Her life is miserable and for everybody around her. She just became mother few months ago, and every single day is huge struggle.

Father God,

I praise, worship, love, and adore you with all my heart, mind, body, and soul.

I pray according to thy holy and true word in which jesus says, “Anything you ask of the father using my name that he will do.”

I ask you Holy Father God of Isreal, creator of the heavens and earth, The great I am that I am. In the name of your son Jesus Christ keep me and my loved ones safe, protected, sheilded, guarded, and defended from all harmful attacks of the enemy, all the powers of darkness and hell, all evil, the author of evil, demons, and all demonic activity, all misfortune and accidents, all sickness, dieseases, and any and all things that the enemy my try to inflict upon me and my loved ones ( mentally, physically, and spiritually).

Your holy and true word says “Jehovah God himself shall be a shield to his people.” Sheild us Holy Jehovah God in Jesus name sheild us for we are indeed your people. We believe in your word, in the power of prayer, your holy and mighty works, and in your son Jesus Christ.

Your holy and true word says, “Jesus Christ is like a sheild ‘flawlessly’ sheilding those who believe.” We belive Holy and true God flawlessly sheild us (me and my loved ones) now and all the days of our lives.

Bless us Father God in Jesus name bless us with your holy and divine peace, presence, love, joy, happiness, safety, protection, prosperity, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.

Give us your divine inspiration in our day to day lives.

Lead us and guide us down the promised path of peace, prosperity, joy, good health, blessings, and all good things.

Keep us in your perfect love and safety free from all danger and all harm.

thank you Lord God for you are a God who hears our prayers and thank you that you are faithful and true to your holy word.

Prayer of gratitude for Gods Grace

Lord I thank you for giving me the chance to come closer to you through your grace and forgiveness. Even though my life has been turbulent as the stormy seas and I have not always seen your light. But I know you have always been watching over me. Thank you for opening my heart to your love and showing me a new life through your guidance.

I thank you for making every day brand new and my new path to a better life. Dear lord I am thank you for the sins that you have forgiven me for and the wrongs you have turned me away from. You are forever in my heart.

Please accept my humble prayer of thanks for your guidance and love everyday. Thank you for letting me see other people’s point of views and understanding people better. Thank you for taking my anger and fear in my heart and turning it into gratitude and joy. Dear lord please hear my prayer. I am eternally your humble servant.

Prayer to get my money back from my debtors

Dear God, I gave money to whom ever i could when ever they required it, inspite of the fact that whether i could afford that amount or not. I have always tried to them who i felt were in need and i could help. But, now i need them to pay the money back to me as they promised, especially you know who.

God, please help me bless me to get my money back from him.

Lord God Please Hear And Answer My Prayers

Lord Jesus Son of our holy mother Mary I believe in you and the holy trinity , Our God creator of the heavens and universe please hear my prayers, Most importantly please forgive me all my sins as well as the sins of my family and impure thoughts and anything I may of done to offend or anger you.

Prayer for resolution to family problems

Dear Lord God,

I pray for your Divine Intervention to resolve all our problems in the family that we’re facing recently. We have a lot of experiences in the past which have resulted to deep heartaches, feelings of frustration and grudges. Please heal and strengthen each member of my family so that we will have the courage to forgive and move on with our lives as one united family.

Lord, I ask to Thee for forgiveness for our failure to make ourselves open to one another, for letting our pride prevail within us and for being pessimistic. I pray that each of us will be bless with more patience, apprehension, good communication and predominant love.

May all the families in the world especially experiencing broken family relationships, depression, addiction, agitation and other relationship problems be resolved and entirely healed by our Almighty God.

Prayer for a Narcissistic Husband Who Needs God

In a nutshell, my husband of more than 22 years — whom I love with all my heart — came back home after being away for 18 months. He had been having an emotional affair with a girl at his work 20 years younger, and our family was completely destroyed.

We have six children, and this was the absolute last thing anyone would have expected from him because he is known by everyone as a wonderful husband and father, a great person, easy-going, likeable, amiable, awesome. He has been addicted to porn since the age of 10 and has masturbated on (basically) a daily basis since we were together, although he has lied about both and deceived me in every conceivable way.

I am someone who believes in keeping my vows and being faithful as a wife to the promises I made, “in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad…” so I do not want to break up our family again now that we are back together and we have been “healing.” My problem now is that he has resumed emailing his former mistress despite the pain it causes me and the disrespect it demonstrates. His behavior is unacceptable, and he has heard it from everyone, but he feels no remorse. He doesn’t even apologize.

He says he’s just trying to be a friend to her, and she feeds into it by manipulating him and giving guilt trips about going back to his family, believe it or not. Truly, such selfishness from both of them. I keep praying and praying, and I believe God will show His great power in helping me, but it is so hard to bear this painful cross like this. Now, in the past few days, I have stumbled across the definition and descriptions of narcissism, and my husband fits them almost to a tee, always has but I never knew what was happening.

The only difference is that instead of an actual “rage,” he punishes in a passive-aggressive way so that his “Mr. Nice” personality stays intact, and the treatment is ultimately emotionally abusive. I feel used and exploited constantly, but he is so cunning and deceptive, pathological in his lies and manipulations, truly masterful, that I think I am losing my mind. It always feels like chaos and insanity when I try to wrap my head around his actions and then his “loving” ways to me.

It is so distorted and disordered and, I believe, truly sick. I think my husband is truly sick. And I know that Satan is attacking him through this obsession with his former mistress and everything that is going on. I would like to humbly ask for prayers for (1) my husband to have a complete and profound conversion of heart and mind so that he can believe in and love God more than anyone or anything, even himself, (2) any obstacles to this conversion, like mental illness or sin or addiction or obsession, to be removed forever, (3) that my husband will stop communicating with his mistress and stop nurturing his obsessive (stalker-like) behavior regarding her in a manner that is hurting our marriage and threatening the wellbeing of our family, and (4) that the Holy Spirit will shine the light of truth on everything and wash over all of us with His healing power, so that each of us and our family as a whole can be transformed and healed.

Thank you so much for your kindness in praying with me. I feel so discouraged and sad about this. My husband needs a miracle, and so does our family. Thank you.

Prayer for Mortgage Approval

Dear Saint Joseph, I have no right to ask anything of you as I have not been as faithful in my trust in God and Jesus as I should have been.

Despite this, I have always tried my best to be kind and helpful to others in their times of need. Now my husband and I are in need, as we are waiting to purchase our first home. Our closing is next Thursday, June 4th and we are waiting on the appraisal, which was just conducted this past Tuesday.

Please allow all things to proceed so that our mortgage is approved and we can finally move into what I honestly know in my heart is our new home. I’m sorry if this is not the best of prayers, but it is from my heart. Thank you, Saint Joseph. AMEN.
