Prayer Request for job situatiion

My name is Diana and can you please pray for my job situation. On December 19, 2022, we welcomed a new manager, Sebastian Head, whose leadership style has unfortunately brought turmoil into my work life. Despite previous positive experiences under leaders like Dale, John, and Nicole, Sebastian’s approach has been markedly different. I find myself facing unfair treatment, encountering false statements in my performance reviews, and enduring a hostile work environment where I feel singled out.
There was a incident yesterday,

I am currently facing a situation that is both unexpected and distressing, and I am seeking God’s intervention for clarity and justice.

Yesterday, I received an email from my manager, Sebastian, which contains accusations about my conduct at work. These statements were not only surprising but are also false. I have always endeavored to maintain a professional demeanor at the office. My colleagues, with whom I shared the contents of this email, were equally shocked as they haven’t observed the behavior described by Sebastian. Throughout my time at the University since 2019, I have had harmonious relationships with all my coworkers and management, until now.
I kindly ask for your prayers that God’s light will reveal the truth of this matter. Please pray that Sebastian, Sebastian’s boss Gina, the HR department, and my union representative will see the reality of this situation and recognize the inaccuracy of the claims made against me from Sebastian. Please pray that Gina, HR, and my Union Representative will recognize this situation as retaliation and that justice will ultimately prevail.
Your spiritual support during this trying time is invaluable to me. May God guide all parties involved to a fair and truthful resolution. I love my job and I love what I do but Sebastian is making this so hard for me with all of his un true statements.

Please pray for Sebastian. Pray that God may guide him to a new path where his skills and temperament align more harmoniously, and where he can flourish without causing harm to others. Please pray that Sebastian’s errors will stand out and that God will help them see that this performance review is certainly retaliation on me. I’m asking for prayers for God’s intervention in this situation. Pray for Gina’s discernment in selecting a new manager for our office, one who embodies honesty, fairness, and transparency, and who will foster an environment of support and upliftment for the entire team.

Praise for partially-answered prayer

On May 9th, I posted a prayer request for a Jewish family I know that are facing financial and physical threats (see that message below). The next day, just before their office landlord was going to send them an eviction notice saying they had to vacate their office in only three days, truly miraculously, some people that they know suddenly gave them just enough money to prevent them from being evicted from their business office AND their home. Praise the Lord! They, of course, still need more money to keep going (e.g., pay late rent fees, buy food, etc.) but this partial answer to prayer has encouraged all of us so much. MANY thanks to all of you who prayed for them. Please continue to strongly do so as their financial and physical situations are still bad. I’ll provide updates in the future. Psalm 50:15.

Please strongly pray for a wonderful Jewish family of 5 (with kids) in the USA that I know very well who are facing eviction within days from their home and separate work office. The family’s small business income has been hit very hard this last year, especially after Oct. 7, 2023, and so they have used their small amount of savings to survive so far but now they have no financial resources left and are facing immediate eviction from very harsh landlords. Others they know can’t help them out as well because they, too, are struggling to stay afloat financially. Please pray for immediate new income, gifts of money, financial support from social services, AND their physical protection as they have been threatened with extreme violence from people opposed to Jews. Changes

I’ve decided it is time to move. I need to get some minor repairs done to the house and pack my things and move on. I have a realtor and I hope I can get an awesome price for the house and move out. The house is too small. Open Door is making a bid on the house. I hope it goes my way. The current house is too far from work and there are traffic congestion issues and it takes longer than it needs to for the commute.

The realtor I’m using wants prayers as her 3 children caught a virus. I hope they they get to feel better.

My sister and I need to get an attorney to probate my Cousin Rick’s estate who passed away a year ago. There are mineral rights involved and he did not leave a will. One of his cousins is trying to get all the mineral rights and prevent us from getting our share. I hope we can peacefully get this worked out. Rick’s sister might need prayers as most of our family to move on with our lives after his unexpected death.

I want prayers for my relationship with my boyfriend. He told me if I move 45 minutes away it is too far to visit me. Sometimes, he ignores topics brought up for discussion. I am trying to figure out how to proceed with this relationship.

I also hope to get prayers that the pig and her kits that were abandoned by a neighbor will let us catch them. Animal control has one of them as we caught it earlier this week. Animal control is rehoming all of them. They get in my yard and catching them is a challenge.

Basically, I want prayers for how to make wise decisions and follow through with them. I also want prayers for peace of mind. We have a dog and she is 8 now. I hope she will always remain calm and live alot longer as there have been lots of changes this year.

In Jesus’s name please pray it is God’s will to heal my Husband Stephen physically (aneurysm, back, PMR) emotionally & spiritually. Please keep him safe especially while he is away working at our construction site. He shouldn’t be doing the work alone but is too stubborn to ask for help. I am especially concerned about his heart. He’s in extreme pain, very angry & states daily he wants to be dead as this is no way to live; he’s emotionally distraught. Keep him safe. Bring him back to our faith. Thank you & God Bless.

I have a 47 yr old daughter hasn’t spoken to me in 4 yrs and no one knows why, I’ve beg her to tell me so I can apologize but nothing, we are 1200 miles apart right now, I’ve finally connected w.ith my grandson 17 who loves the Lord but I just send things on instagrsm and he hits like. My granddaughter is in collage and I send cards and hear nothing. I ask God to touch my daughters heart and tell me . Thank you I’m alone hear I thought for health reasons and I can’t get back to my family. I can’t move alone .

Pray for my family

My husband claimed to be a Christian, but he doesn’t read the bible and not willing to pray for God’s guidance.
My son is 21, he is an asper and got ADHD. He failed in the public examination few years ago. He studied different programmes, but he has been indulged in online games, and had been de-registered due to poor academic result. This year, he enrolled in the study of diploma of applied education, yet he also indulged in playing online games.
I had a quarrel with my husband.
The problem is I tried to encourage my son for job hunting. As he is not motivated for everything, I have to be a bit pushing. My husband scolded me for pushing my son.
All along, there’s inconsistent parenting. He kept on blaming me for all things. I have been very busy at work. He scolded me for not paying attention to the house. But actually I am going to work from Monday to Sunday. I leave home early in the morning and go home around mid-night. I sleep around 3-4 am.
Please pray for my situation.

Father God, I just feel I cant take another day of waiting, wishing, hoping, praying. Just pure desperation! The pain is so great. I am still holding on because of faith in you.

I’m needing prayer regarding my health, I’m 26 years old I’ve had two miscarriages multiple surgeries and my life changed after having covid, I need prayer for my lungs and heart and for God to help me submit to his will instead of the flesh. Can you kindly please stop Microsoft and O2 harassing me by persistently billing me for cancelled subscriptions and contracts ~ they ignore my messages sent from the complaints emails,Microsoft have ignored my proof that I sent them of me cancelling my subscription to Azure services,it’s oddly unfair. When I phone O2 about it the phone line disconnects. I need these companies to treat me fairly instead of badly Lord Jesus. I also need your help to get a refund from Bluehost for my web hosting service that I paid for. They are another company who are mistreating me.

I am currently MBA student.I have completed my 2 year masters degree college

Legal Hearing

Today is the day for the legal hearing for my son and his estranged wife who is possessed by alcoholism, hate and anger. Dear Lord, as I sit here looking for your intercession into this situation, it’s hard for me to understand this fight that has created so much heartache. Help me and my son to surrender to You and Your will. Please give the legal system the correct information and encourage things to be settled outside of court allowing my son to see his children. Please take the wind out of his estranged wife’s sails, so to speak, and stop her need to attack and hurt the all others involved in this case. Please give my son’s lawyer the time and availability to explain things so that my son’s anxiety decreases. Help my son to surrender to You and know, deep in his heart, that You will take care of this. Give all people involved in this case the knowledge and the discernment to make a fair decision. Protect my son’s new job as he has had to take time off for all of these legal events. Thank you. In Jesus’s name I pray.

Healing Relationship

You know my situation and I pray that I will feel your presence in it. Mike and I have a very strained relationship. We do not communicate. We do not talk. He is abrasive and unapproachable. I do not feel loved mentally or physically. I feel there is unspoken strife. I feel there is lack and I feel there is impatience. I always feel inferior and judged. Please dear Lord, if there is a chance for us, heal this relationship. I’ve been so worried about the graduation coming up and I’ve been so worried that Mike will act up and embarrass me or ruin it for me. Please control him and his strange behaviors. Please I pray that we will have a good weekend and a good time. I’m worried about the money and paying for dinner. I don’t want it to be expensive. I feel like I will have to pay for it. People I helped HV hurt me a lot especially my relatives d hate me for no reason let God give me d grace and power to overcome bitterness, grievances, unforgivenes, grudges against them. Let God help me to let go ND let him take over.
I want the HOLY SPIRIT to control my emotions, actions ND feelings, at times I feel worry, stress, torment, sad, discourage ND sick.

A true relationship that may not be saved but with the exception of God

The best person entered my life, who I have been acquaintances and friends with for a very long time. I have always admired her, and have seen myself to see who she is at the core and in essence beneath the skin. Finally, since late 6/2024, we seamlessly got together. It was easy and right; however, many dire and worst-case life scenarios occurred, and I have been left to blame. The most horrible outcomes occurred… and I have tried my hardest every time… but could not execute. Financial circumstances became the bane of our existence. I became my worst self… or sub-par most of the time. All of this happening, as she continues to diminish as I have put her and her daughter through horribly and humiliating situations. Many broken promises from my reactions and behavior distance her even further. She continued to stick around and kept finding disappointment. Finally, we are nearing a place to a fair start to meet basic needs for things to straighten out, and turn around… but she has had one too many failures, and has made every bit of a decision to leave me, although, we live together with her daughter. She is making sure with every fiber of her being to hold to that. She thinks that I am fake and I never have truly loved her when every day I have woken up to love her in the best way and a way she revives… but I just can’t seem to get it right. I know that I am truly the one she initially fell for… and life has been horrible, especially for her… I pray that God puts us together, and we meet the vision that we both shared for our future be together in every sense, and work toward each other and a marriage. I pray that she softens up, and holds a soft spot for me as I have for her. I pray that both sides understand each other, and meet each other’s needs. I Pray that we both truly understand each other and that we both give each other grace. I pray that we can be an extension and an example of God’s love for each other. Please God bring us back to each other, and have us stay and stick to each other in the best and healthiest way Please do not let her feel compromised and diminished by me anymore. Please God take away any negative or toxic influences from us even if it is us, or within us. Please God let her know my heart, where I am with her, and how she is loved and respected at the very least. Please God bring us back together, and closer to you. Please God continue bringing us together more and more as we get closer to you more and more.

Dear Lord, my son is so upset and angry by the lies that his wife is telling the legal system. He cannot see that God is his refuge. He sees that You have not helped him and that his honesty and living the good life has done anything to prevent his alcoholic wife from going after him, wanting to move the kids and leave him with the animals, house, bills, etc. He is so upset and cannot settle down. He is ruminating about not having friends, family or anyone close to him. Please help him. You know what he needs. Help him to see that you are making his path right. Help him get some rest. Help him to surrender to you. Oh please, God. In Jesus’ name , I pray.

Financial miracle

I am desperate and very depressed.. I am in need of prayers and a miracle. I done everything that needed to be done with my information that was compromise, hacked, stolen money and I went Social Security office because somebody was using it to work.. I always go to church on Sunday, read the Bible, pray for others and entire Nation. I am trying my hardest to keep my faith but there are times I feel so alone.. Even though I know the lord has blessed me.

I thank him for all my blessings. I know that everything comes from him and he knows my faults/sins. Please forgive me lord.. I know that I shouldn’t ask for money but I am in need of a financial miracle! I’m on a fixed income and I am feeling lonely. I don’t have no one in life that could help me through this situation. Forgiveness

Dear God I pray to you for forgiveness because there are many times I feel like a failure as a mother I have two beautiful children whom have struggled with a lot of issues growing up as I and my husband did there was no physical abuse but I worked 3 jobs and my husband worked two for our kids but I find now since my husband died they are estranged from me and I believe that it stems from my husband and I didn’t give them the time and attention we should have and that we should have made them our top priority and not the bills so much at a time when they needed us the most we were neglecting them I regret and ask God for forgiveness and hope one day my kids will understand I and my husband tried to make a good life for them when we should have given them us unconditionally God please forgive and help me I feel so bad and guilty thank you and may God bless all parents.

Legal Hearing

Dear Lord, as You know, an Order for Protection hearing is scheduled for Thursday. Please protect J from Y as she angrily seeks vengeance towards J wanting to move the kids from the home and relocate them while divorce proceedings ensue. Cover Y with Your sincere wish for her to seek You and humbly surrender to what’s good for the kids. Have her throw down her gloves and amicably make these difficult decisions allowing J to see his kids and return to his house. Give her the adult skills to communicate with her lawyer fair requests and decisions. Please give J the perspective that he needs to remove his hurt and anger and severe pain. He feels so isolated and unable to reach out to anyone. Please give me the right words to say and the ability to determine when to keep quiet and when to talk. In Jesus’ name I pray.

Prayer for moms life insurance to pay.

Please pray for my moms life insurance to finally pay for her funeral.
Mom passed the day before mothers day 2023 and her life insurance co is still giving us the run around about paying. They keep asking for the same documents over and over for one reason or another.
I just checked the bbb and there are quite a few complaints listed.
Our family does not have a lot of money and her funeral was 12 thousand something and the life insurance policy is only Ten thousand, we paid the extra 2 thousand and some dollars from our own money plus were trying to get her headstone paid off. The house has sold but it is only enough to cover the bills she had. We are going through probate with it and can not do anything until the life insurance makes a final decision. It has been almost a year now.
We also lost my brother in november 2023.
My adopted sisters husband is having problems with his kidneys and had to have surgery yesterday and more surgeries coming up.. Please keep him in your prayers for healing. And their finances they have three young girls.

Daughters Health

My daughter has so much stress in her job that she’s physically sick. She’s a property manager and is bombarded with people wanting something for nothing, complaining. The owner has no idea how disruptive her days are and expects too much for 1 person. She also takes care of his personal obligations, Several company bank accounts. Owner is either owner or co-owner to several businesses. Please pray she can find another job with less stress and closer to home. I work for her 2 days a week because she has too much on her shoulders and I will be 80 years old this year. Perhaps this will show how concerned I am for her. Thank you. Her name is Kim

Please help my son who is addicted to drugs

Good Morning Lord ! Thank you for given me another day on this earth ! Please for give me for my sins pass and present! Lord my son needs you before he kill his self buying street drugs ! please give me the strength to not give him money because I have part of the problem thinking he is trying to stop ! alcohol misuse

Please make my daughter-in-law accept that she has difficulty with alcohol. This has caused her marital relationship to seek divorce. It has also caused her to become punishing, ill fit to take care of the children, lie about her spouse, overspend large amounts of money, rely on her own family to reinforce untruthful behavior and deny her alcohol misuse blaming everyone else for her problems. Dear Lord, please show her Your way and Your will for her and give her the ability to go through divorce and custody keeping the kids in the forefront as decisions need to be made. In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Lord, thank you for always taking care of my family and my fiance. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family. You know my current situation is and all the tough challenges i have faced throughout these past 6 months, lord i know things happen for a reason, but please give me the strength to continue. Lord, I ask you to help my pass my board exams, I am need of a job, i am currently struggling with financial issues.
