Lord,
As I sit here and ask you why you made me this way because so many people in the church have told me I’ve sinned just for having thoughts of dating a women as two-spirit (indigenous person who identifies as having both a masculine and a feminine spirit) person. One day I hope you can help me understand why you made me the way you did, a straight A, creative, two-spirit lesbian who loves to sing. I know that some day I will understand but for now I guess I’ll have to go through all the hate from people in the church and outside of the church. Hopefully I’ll understand soon.
