Dear Father in Heaven,
Thank you for giving us a burden for others and a desire to make a positive difference in the life of a child. Let us see our children through your eyes. We need You to guide our lessons and our hearts so that our instruction will help our children to be equipped with what they need to face life for today. It’s no longer so much about content but showing compassion and love. Help us to remember the most difficult cases need the most love. Fill us up with your spirit so Your love pours out of us into them. Fortify us from the enemy. Set a guard over our tongues so that our words do not fall to ground, just like the prophet Samuel. Let us put on our spiritual armor daily so we are adequately prepared to battle the enemy. May we be keenly aware of his presence recognizing Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Thank you Lord for overcoming the world.
