Dear God, My upstairs neighbor has been extremely noisy. He don’t know how to pick up chairs and set it down quietly. He just drag the chairs. There is alot of stomping, rumbling, tumbling to the point my window shake or he about to fall inside of my apartment. When his girlfriend comes over, they don’t discipline the kids from jumping, kicking, stomping etc. I told the apartment managers and my case worker twice. It seems like nothing has been resolved. My apartment manager is extremely lazy. They will wake up throughout day and night. I barely hard my previous neighbors before they moved even when they had company. It really stressing me out. I have PTSD from car accidents and it’s causing flash back. I’m not getting the sleep and peace I need. I don’t want them to be homeless, but they have to move. People forget they live in an apartment not a house. I don’t have no other issue here, just those noisy neighbors upstairs. I Declare and Decree in Jesus name Amen..
