Sale of son’s house in Michigan. It’ on a land contract and she has been late on about two out of three payments for the last 5 years. He’s not been able to evict her because she manages to pay enough within the time when he could evict her. He won’t be able to renew the balloon loan and house will be in foreclosure if she doesn’t come up with the money to pay off the loan. She says she’s working on it for many months. Since she has proven to be untrustworthy he doubts she’s actually working on it. Please pray she comes up with the money as he cannot afford to pay it off. The stress of it all is causing him emotional and physical problems. He can’t afford a lawyer to help him and he needs one as he lives in a different state than the house.
