My daughter & I have had no contact for 8 yrs,My poor parenting,and harm I caused,My mental illness is very complex,,It’s not a excuse,just part of me,Made contact,we see a counselor on zoom,Please help us to make amends,I can’t say sorry anymore,the past is traumatic for us,Bring her close to me and soften her heart to let me in,I am a only child,no mom/dad,no one My other daughter recently died,I can not be thrown away anymore,I pray her intentions are real,I am scared to be called dead,& unworthy,I have rejection and abuse from all people and I’m scared,I know I will end my life if she does that again, I tried to think of the positive in our willing to communicate but it disappears and I in a very dark place for days please help us
