I am asking for prayers for my husband. He has been accused of theft by deception which is not true. At every level this case proceeds no one can believe it is moving forward. We have witnesses and proof that this is not true… Despite this and $7,500 in legal fees at the last hearing the judge immediately dismissed one of the charges but I just found out 12/9/21 she is allowing the case to proceed for the other charges. My husband makes $24,000 a year. We live with family currently due to other tragedies… To go to trial we need $10,000 just to secure a good attorney. I am sick that with overwhelming proof and this being within 4 months of the statute of limitations the judge would proceed. I tell myself God has a plan… I need a miracle for this to be fully dismissed prior to trial. All of the charges- everything and that we will not have to pay an attorney.
