Please pray I find a new Apartment because Iv got a tiny studio apt in Melrose Commons 425E161 St.apt 8D Bronx NY 10451,& my next door neighbor Eddy PachinkoApt 8E is extremely abusive,hacking steeling my debit card number,foodstamp number,social security number etc from my fone & has his friends stalk me everywhere. Iv got barricade my door constantly in order to rest/sleep. He also picks my lock,so when I’m out of my apartment he steels everything he can.
