I struggle daily, with high anxiety, and severe depression.I would like to be ” in the now” , with less of ” above”. I have been this way since before age 4. Due to CPTSD. I realise things from the past have affected me. But I would like to live a little normally, in my daily life. I am 67 years old. I feel as if I am getting worse. I do have Faith in God, very much.🙏 The rest feels “too much to bear”. Thank you. God Bless.🙏
