Dear Lord, I ask with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength for each one of my 4 children to know your saving grace. May each one of them know you through your word and your spirit and subsequently love you with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength. May they seek you with their whole heart and find you. My Lord, keep their minds alert to the lies and schemes of the enemy and not be fooled, may they hate evil and love what is good, and may they be strong in their faith; never wavering. Make them wise and rich in knowledge of you. Let them be as the Bereans, testing what they hear and see with your word detecting false teachings and not following them. Lord, give them hope in you and may they seek to honor and glorify you in all they do. Dear Father, remove from them rebelliousness, disrespect, disobedience, selfishness, greediness, envy, strife, discontent, pride, unforgiveness, deceit, maligning, anger, rage, laziness, fear, and all other things in their lives that are contrary to your spirit. Jesus, may each one of them grow to be the boy and girl, man and woman you want them to be. Bless them to be and have spouses, who live for you and them and their children and families and the church. Father, bless their children to know you for a thousand generations. Lord, let us see fruit in their lives now and forever more. Let my husband and I grow closer to You together with them. May we experience the beauty of seeing their own genuine faith in You lived out and in action. May my husband and I be trustworthy and trusted by them in our fellowship and godly counsel to them. Lord, they are yours and only you can save them, so I am asking these things with all that I am, knowing full well you are faithful and kind to answer. In the precious name of my Lord and savior I pray, In Jesus’ name, Amen.
