Father,
I fear that my sins are far too many and far too vile to ever be forgiven though despite confessing them with my lips and accepting the gift of Christ’s life in my heart. Is it enough or is too late for you to accept my confessions of sin? Lord can someone plagued by sin such as myself, who has just begun to walk in your light can I too can be given the gift of salvation? I ask you Lord to continue to strengthen the small seed of faith within my heart and ask that you help it continue to grow within me, do not let me stray from your flock again and allow me the gift of your acceptance – even if it is never given to me here in this earthly plain; because I am seeking the gift of life eternal, not just the passing of temporary life or mortal life. May I be washed clean in the blood of the lamb, Amen
