Me(23) and my ex-bf(21) of 5 months official have been struggling to walk with God. We were lukewarm believers; engaging in sin despite believing in God. We are troubled deeply troubled, our relationship started off on deception and we was both using each other to fill a space and with our past troubles. Later like 2-3months in; our feelings grew and grew to where we both felt such peace and joy with each other but Friday of last week; God spoke to my ex through a co-worker we’d gossip about and God’s words brung us back to seeking Him out and from there we’ve been tested and tested, secrets came out and its brung such pain to our hearts for eachother and we are struggling with separating or working through. I am struggling he is struggling. Is God speaking to us to let go and heal or heal with each other.
