To Jesus Christ and to God our Father: I have a male friend who will be visiting me next month. We have known each other for about three years now, but this is the first time we will physically see each other in person due to the fact that we both live far away from each other. Although we have been primarily communicating through text messages and video chats, we’ve gotten along pretty well these past three years. Through his visit next month, I pray that we can become more than just friends. I also pray that my parents will not be overly critical of him and will see him as a potential future husband for me. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, God. Amen.
