“Dear God, so much has happened (for better and for worse) since they gotten married. Thank you for always being present with both through everything. They need you, the source of all love, to help them fix the damage to their relationship that has been caused by trust and misunderstanding.
Their marriage needs a miracle right now. Byron feels hurt and frustrated by what’s happened, and I pray he confess that sometimes the doubt that their marriage cared really be repaired. Please send them a fresh dose of hope to help them believe that their marriage can improve. Open their hearts to you, each other, and your holy angels, so that they can fully receive the blessings you want to send them.
Guide them step by step to help them learn how to change their attitudes and actions with each other so that their relationship becomes stronger. Empower them through your Spirit to forgive each other for their mistakes and to choose each new day to treat each other with love, respect, and kindness.
Rekindle the spark of romantic attraction between them and keep the fire of their sexual relationship burning brightly for each of them (and no one else). Inspire them with fresh ideas to express their love for each other sexually in ways that fulfill both. Empower them to avoid temptations to sin in ways that can damage their sexual relationship with each other (such as indulging in pornography or affairs). Help them to focus on each other and maintain a passionate relationship within their marriage.
Give them the wisdom they need to communicate clearly with each other and better understand each other. Help them consistently invest time and energy into their marriage despite other demands like work and parenting that their emotional connection won’t be neglected. Surround them with caring and trustworthy people who will encourage and support them as they work to build a better marriage. Help them both to stay focused on you as their top priority each day. Lead them in the same direction together: closer to you.
I believe that you can choose to do anything to improve their marriage if both of them are willing to cooperate with your work. Thank you for answering this prayer; I trust in your complete and unconditional love for both of them and look forward to whatever miracles you may bring into their marriage.”
Jesus, please heal their marriage, unite them, and deliver this couple from all evil.
Please remove all spiritual blindness and heal all wounds.
I pray the Holy Spirit makes them meek and humble at heart and creates a hunger for an intimate relationship with God.
Please bring this couple in to fold of Your love for their family.
