Father,
I come thanking you that you are enough for me. That when I need you, you are only a prayer away. I daily trust in your faithfulness and tender mercies. Yet knowing this my heart sometimes breaks. Sometimes I see the arrows and I feel their sting. Then I struggle. Not because you haven’t given me a promise but like Peter I looked down and the weapon got through. Father I love my husband even divorced. I love the children you have blessed me with and I long to see my prodigals and all prodigals return to their first live for you. Because I know when they turn to you they will return to me. Help me be strong in the wait. Help me think on the good things and keep my eyes on you and my Savior Jesus. Holy Spirit fill me with no room for doubt or despair. In you alone I live. I stand Father upon your faithfulness. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
