Dear heavenly Father. Please hear this prayer for the mending of my family. My heart is hurting because of the disharmony in my family. My family has lost their peace and lasting trauma is deriving from our current situation.
I pray that you clear Mel’s mind of all the temptations that lead him further away from You and from his family. He is in a raging battle within his mind and he needs Your love and guidance more than ever, O Lord. Please touch his heart and remind him of Your love. You have put this man in my life for 13 years for a reason, God. We have endured so many trials with Your grace and the strength that You have given us. I pray that You continue to give us strength to focus on what truly matters, our family, and not let the ways of evil, anger, resentment, and temptation cloud us of our judgement or dictate our actions.
I know Mel is conflicted, but I pray that You make Your presence known to him to remind him of Your unconditional love. O Lord, please give me the strength, patience, and wisdom to navigate through these tough times so that I will make the right choices in my words and actions to make things right.
I know that you have a plan for all this and I beg that you let me see that plan sooner than later. Please, Lord, bring my family close to You as only You can truly heal us all. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
