I am asking prayer in agreement God’s will be done for I am facing a trial of unfair justice regarding my cousin Catherine passing regarding her entire estate and her trust wishes .
I was appointed by my cousin Successor Trustee and Beneficiary of her trust and estate ..
Seems a friend of my cousin Sandra is not happy I have full authority of my cousins estate and she has taken my cousins whole estate into a probate court appointed hearing set for April 20 th. Sandra is contesting she was appointed
by my cousin at some point in time in the past as a co- rustee and all 5 of her children are the beneficiaries of my cousins estate and trust.
This is not true at all .no where documented written or verbally has my cousin informed me if these changes.
I am praying because Sandra is contesting untruths, the court will see as they read all documents she and her attorneys are accusing me as successor trustee with false accusations and it will be dismissed and I can continue my fiduciary duties as successor Trustee..There is too much to fully explain the injustice Sandra is claiming to be true
God knows the truth and all I ever wanted to do when I accepted the title of taking over hemy cousins trust and estate as trustee, is to fulfill Cathsrine’s wishes on her behalf.
I have done all a trustee is appointed to do truthfully.
At first I had bad negative thoughts . towards Sandra. How could she do this to my cousin and me?
God reminded reminded me to have a forgiving heart and pray for Sandra.. I have forgiven her and I love her as my suster in Christ, I ask God for forgiveness too for my negative thoughts against Sandra and her family
Thank you for praying for a resolution and I pray one day Sandra and I can become friends and put this behind us .
