My son Noel and five other inmates were attacked by DOC officers while they were in handcuffs in Florence prison today at 11:00 AM . This happened for no reason and they didn’t deserve this evil attack. Whatever the reason the DOC felt was valid it was plain evil. My son doesn’t not know why they did this to them. My son is a good person who is lost. I received messages on my phone from the people whose family members (the inmates) had been hurt – informing me that my son needed me to contact him. My son was pleading for help. My son was in a situation where he was hopeless, handcuffed, and being beaten by people who should be helping him by rehabilitating him not hurting him. My son was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a crime he committed while being addicted to drugs. My son understands the consequences to crime committed and the consequences to sins. He is supposed to get out in March. My son was a Christian growing up, and when he became a teenager, he walked away from the Lord. Now that he is in prison, his faith has gotten even weaker. He experienced trauma beyond belief. My son told me he was brutally beaten while in handcuffs, and his roommate got stomped on the head by the officers which caused his head to slit open. His roommate was sent to the hospital while the guards made the 5 other inmates clean up the blood. When the guards were beating them up they were also cheering each other on as if it was a football game and they were winning. God only knows what really happened. My son is in need of prayer and believes he is in danger. Please help by praying for my son and the inmates in prison. No human being deserves that kind of treatment. No one should ever live day to day wondering if it’s their turn to live or die.
