We have a neighbor above us in apartment 5C that constantly smokes, the management said they spoke with him and even took him to court but the neighbor persists. We just moved here and signed a lease 2 months ago and we feel ready to break the lease because we are tired of inhaling second hand smoke which isn’t good for and is affecting our health. Please, please pray for us for a divine resolution to this – either we move to a far better living environment that God provides for us ASAP, or the tenant leaves just for this smoking to come to a permanent end in Jesus name.
