Please pray for me. I need encouragement. In November I started an independent Christian women’s ministry for women who have been through abusive situations. I started it because it is what I felt the Lord calling me to do. We have weekly fellowship meetings. My desire is to see Christ glorified and women healed, set free and delivered. Since its start I have had very little support and encouragement from others and lots of negativity and criticism. Other women are criticicing because the group is small but they don’t invite people they just complain. They criticize because it is not like some other group they attend but God called me to start something new. They criticize because I am not running the group the way they want it but I am trying to lead the way God wants it. They offer no help or support just complain and stir up strife and drama.
Its all hurtful. Please pray for encouragement, that the Lord give me peace, strength, encouragement, Godly support, wisdom and above all that Jesus Christ be glorified and women healed and set free also wisdom to handle the difficult women like Andrea and Kathleen, Barb, Julie who try to cause problems.
