I love the Lord but I struggle to just read the bible every day. As soon as I start I get sleepy or distracted. I do studies but still struggle just to read the bible. Because I don’t know my bible very well I struggle to pray. When I pray, I pray the same things over and over. I can’t seem to recall anything I’ve learned from the bible. I know there are promises but I don’t know how to pray them for me or how to pray the bible. I’ve tried and I just seem to resort back to what I pray all the time. Because of this I hardly pray. I know I should pray all the time but as soon as I bow my head my mind goes directly to what I always say. Sorry for rambling on. Thank you for your prayers.
