My dear almighty Lord God – I ask you today for the miracle of your healing powers. You know me and you know what troubles me. Please take this sickness from me and restore me to good health so I might continue my life serving you. Thank you for the gifts you have bestowed upon me so far and I ask that you do not let me suffer any longer. If my path is to be with you then I pray you take me quickly – I have suffered too long now so please heal me or take me from this earthly realm. I love you my Lord. Amen
