Lord ,it is so horrible to be addicted to something(food) when food sustains life.If I was addicted to drugs or alcohol that would obviously be wrong yet overeating to the point of ruining my health is exactly what I have done for the last 65 years.
I know I cannot control my gluttony without your help.I am lost without you.I am helpless and destitute without you and I cannot carry this burden without 100% of your help.I am crying out for help and I have faith in you and I trust you to help me.I love you Lord Jesus.
