I am either losing my mind or my spouse is gaslighting me. I am no longer sure which. I am so very anxious, depressed. I want joy and peace, but it escapes me. I love God. I want to be good Christian and Catholic, but my mind is going. I have always been a high functioning, bright and respected man, but I, though not suicidal, wish for God to take me home . I am so scared. Pray for me
