Lord,
Please heal me of compulsive overeating. May I be filled with your love and grace, and not seek to fill the emptiness inside me with excess food.
Heal me Lord. Help me to live your will, one day at a time, and to turn to you when I have doubts and fears, NOT food.
May I receive you Jesus, The Bread of Life, at Mass, as you alone can satisfy the hungry heart.
Thank You Lord, in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
