I applied for a loan modification to include the six months I’m behind because I can’t pay that six months now all at once. The modification was accepted. Long story is I missed signing a form and thought the mortgage was coming out of my newer checking account that I chose not to look at for four months so I didn’t touch any extra that was left. That was foolish and has now cost me my home. I’m losing it. I have the means to pay my monthly mortgage.
My prayer request is for a way to quickly still do this modification or new loan and keep my home, that the Lord gives me the way to do this and then the guidance to do my finances wisely timely and praise Him my every day.
