Pray for my colleague who is new and is working with me at the company where I am, but she is through an AARP agency, which only pays her about $10.95 an hour and for only 18 hours a week. They hired her to help me with all the work I have, which is a lot. I ask for prayer that AARP will increase her time to a minimum of 24 hours a week, or 40 hours a week would be ideal. She is a very good and responsible worker, and she deserves to be paid more. If she works only a few hours, she then leaves very early and she won’t be able to help me as I need, and my job is like two people’s work. Her name is Natalie San Martin. Also, I ask prayer so that my supervisor, who also supervises her, is not rude with her or with me, when we make a little mistake, not on purpose; that she doesn’t harass or bully any of us because she likes to show off that she is the boss, and behaves in a way towards us, like if we were 5 year old kids. For my supervisor Rhina Jaar to have consideration and respect for us.
