I have been teaching for 27 years. Students have changed drastically since I started. They are very disrespectful and blatantly refuse to do anything in class. The administrators are incredibly weak and won’t back us. I have 6 more years until I can retire. I’m trying so hard to be positive, pray, and look for the good in it. But I hate my job. I no longer want to be around teenagers. I need help. I’m a Christian and have little support at work. My stress level is through the roof. I need God to help me. I’m at a loss as to what to do. I know we are supposed to minister to the non-believers, but I am so disgusted by the disrespect, laziness, and rebelliousness that I don’t even want to be around it anymore. Please help!
