A man at work named Norman is harboring resentment towards me because the workers are complimenting my work. Norman is racist towards Hispanics, African Americans especially males and me. He sabotaged my work and yet he does no work. All I ever see him doing is socializing with Ernies wife at Peteys grill and socializing with a 26 y/o named Alex. He is a Chief Engineer, but if he is not socializing, he is hiding away somewhere or meddling in other people’s business affairs or repeating gossip. I want to take him to EEOC but I have only been on my job for 4 months. His actions towards me have been very unprofessional. I have already spoken to my manager because I am a Trade worker regarding past incidents with him and he is still up to no good. I pray for employment guidance.
