After 30 plus years of publishing a successful real estate magazine in the Texas Hill Country I’m afraid I’m going out of business due to low inventory in our real estate market. We have seen a tremendous influx of people moving to our area after all the violence we saw last summer, and now the supply of inventory cannot keep up with the demand. My advertisers sell whatever listing they get within 24 hours and don’t have anything to advertise. I’ve never seen anything like this and didn’t see this coming but I know God did.
