I’m very concerned . I’ve been reading lately recently that we need to pray in the spirit at all times, but I’m realizing that sometimes I pray in the flesh and this is very disturbing to me. Does god still hear me? I don’t want to overthink it either. Because overthinking causes anxiety and then it just snowballs. so I’m just asking for prayer that the Holy Spirit will help me to pray and help me to understand this more. I don’t want to beat myself up if I’m having difficulty praying. Thank you God bless.
