My husband and I bought a brand new vehicle 18 months ago, and we having to travel 180 miles to the dealer to get the problem that occurred right after we bought the vehicle. They keep giving us the run around saying that it is fixed instead of admitting that the vehicle can’t be fixed or that we bought a vehicle that has turned out to be a lemon. Currently our vehicle has been at the dealer for almost two weeks with no resolution of the problem.
We are at wits end about how to resolve this problem.
