My 48 year old son-in-law passed away suddenly and unexpectedly after 6 years of multiple surgeries. My daughter is now left with 5 special needs children. She just became a nurse about a year and a half ago and works night shift in a critical care unit. I try to do as much as I can to help but have been having my own recent significant challenges health wise.
We are both so depleted and depressed as the demands and challenges are relentless. The children are really struggling emotionally as we all try to adjust to the loss of their father.
Please pray for our strength to be renewed and for the children to be able to sleep better. Also, that a new door of opportunity would open for my daughter to be able to transfer to a less stressful unit as a nurse that would enable her to continue to provide financially for her family and still give her the ability to spend more time with her children.
