Day 7
Bible Verse: “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me…” (Mark 9:37).
The Lord never said to be nasty to children. The Lord expects us to walk in His love. We can have a great effect on children and be a great influence if we have patience and love. We would be able to teach with kindness and get more out of it then being angry and nasty. The Lord was filled with love when He was around children and that’s how we should be. We should all mimic the love of God no matter who we come in contact with because His love can always be a great source of His wonderous ways. No matter who we come in contact with or encounter, the love of God will always leave a mark in someone’s mind. This means, that the love you show someone will turn that person’s heart in such a way that would always pull them closer to God. We can be our worst enemy towards God if we have the wrong attitude towards people. Let us pray: Lord, give me an attitude of Your love at all times. Amen.
