A simple prayer

Day 16
Bible Verse: “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He declined unto me and heard my cry.” (Psalm 40:1).
There are times, where a Christian leaves their hope in prayer to our God. When an individual feels as though the Lord does not hear our prayers, they are wrong. The Lord nay use this time to put a Christian through a test of faith. He may use this time to really get an individual to really pray harder in order to understand that the Lord does answer prayers. He just uses His own timing to answer us. Sometimes, He wants us Christians to pray fervently because He wants us to get to the point of wanting His will for our lives. It is not our will that we should desire, but HIs will that we should desire. We may give up on prayer sometimes as Christians, but that does not mean that God has given up on us. When we over did it in prayer, He hears us but His timing to answer us is different than ours at times. God hears every cry for help. It is just up to Him the way He wants to respond to us. Let us pray: Dear God, please let us know that You’re carrying us through the good times and the bad times. You know all our problems, and I know that You hear our cry for help! We love You Lord and thank You for all the work You already did in our lives. Amen.
