Loving Father, we are so grateful for all your provisions. As we are waiting to hear your voice of direction, we are thankful for Pastor Kristine and others who are filling our pulpit. We place all our trust in you. As we interview candidates, keep our hearts and minds focused on you and your glory, so that when the pastor you have chosen for us is brought before us we recognize him/her. Lord, we beg that you be clear to us as we are only human and are so tempted to think that our desires are your own. Be clear also Father, to all candidates to discern if we are or are not the congregation you will for them. Jesus, you said if we ask it in your name and it is the will of the Father, He will grant our request. We seek your will above all. In Jesus name we pray, Amen
