Heavenly Father,
I thank you fo your unfailing love and power in heaven and on earth. I praise you for the many answered prayers in my life. I ask for forgiveness of the recent anger I have held towards those who have hurt by son through their words and actions on and off the field. I need to release this anger and forgive them myself as well. I lift up my son Jonah to you oh Lord. He is struggling mentally with his game of baseball, one he loves so dearly and has worked so hard to master. Lord speak to his heart and mind, and let him know his value is more than the sport. Let him not worry so much about what other’s think of him. If it is your will Lord, let him play with confidence, be able to throw again reliably with accuracy and force, and let he and our family give all the praise to you. Let him be able to shine for you through his baseball and give you all the glory. Help us all have patience in the work you are doing in and through him. I humbly asked this in Christ’s name. Amen
