Lord God, you know my needs and my family’s needs. You know my desire for a job for work that I would enjoy doing for the next chapter in my career to present itself. I strongly believe there are strengths in numbers when we come together in prayer and that’s why I bring this here. I pray for your guidance and will to be done. May I focus on just that – your will and trust in your plan over my desires and wishes and wants. I ask you open doors to new opportunities that you desire for me and equip me with the skills, knowledge and wisdom I need to take these steps forward. Lord, I am looking at specific job titles and pray if this is not what youwant, that you’d direct me well. As I craft resumes and write cover letters, even as I update my portfolio – give me the words to speak and have the courage to share who I am and what I can do. Give me the confidence that can only come from you and keep me humble. I trust you Lord. My life is in your hands and let your will be done. thank you for being near to me every step of the way and thank you for providing for my every need. May this all be for your glory!
