I have been a nurse for over 20 years but I feel the need to move onto a path where I can reach my patients on a more personal level without having to rush through patient lists. I work at a clinic where everyone sits back, I end up doing the work and I feel unfulfilled. When I speak out about the injustices of the clinic operations, I have been branded as a ‘trouble maker.”
I saw a vacancy for a Nutrition Officer in my government email and I applied for that post. I have been doing a certificate course in Nutrition and will be doing an online degree in Nutrition. I will be responsible for my work (and unlike nursing), I will be responsible for my work output. I no longer feel the joy or fulfillment that nursing once brought me. I still give a 100% in my job but my spirit is no longer there. I am believing God for my breakthrough and I ask you to pray with me. The deadline for application submission was yesterday
