I have been working for the same employer for years and yes i know im blessed to have a job and i like the work. but when it comes to upward mobility its only for the friends of family etc.. preferential treatment. I have made it clear my goals and work hard and proven over and over just to never be looked at for promotion. I’m not sure if this a generational curse or not but I ask God to promote me because this comes from God and i know it. I’ m perfect and ready to retire but cant afford to. please pray God opens the door of opportunity and promotion. I really need it and help in this area as well. i cant be afraid to step out and ask and do what i need to do. i have been so hurt here at this job and i’m still here. Please ask the Lord to help me. Also to save my adult children. who are so far from the Lord. thank you
