Heavenly Father
I have been so unhappy with my weight. I am here to seek your power in getting me to my goal weight of 125-130lbs within 4 months. I know with you I can achieve this. With you I will forever keep the weight off and get off my blood pressure medication. I want to feel confident and look amazing and have the strength to be there for my daughter and son. To make memories with them. To have energy to keep up with them. I know I can lose 70lbs in 4 months with you by my side. You will not leave me. You will guide me to eat healthy for the rest of my life. To take away my sweet cravings and to keep me from getting dizzy. I hate getting dizzy and feeling weird. Please keep me healthy. Mind, body, and soul.
