Dear Lord,
You know me and you have known my fiancé from the beginning of time. You know what you have planned for him and for me. You love us both equally and understand us totally.
You also love our unborn child.
You know how I never wanted to be a single parent. You know how guilty I feel about creating a human being without two stable parents. Please let me know if my fiancé intends to come back to me. Please let me know what has happened to him. And give me strength to deal with this news. Please, if it is Your will, help him to treat me and his child well. Please help me to feel more secure in myself. And to know how to get my needs met in this relationship. Please give me strength to gracefully compromise if it is Your will. If it’s Your will for me to be alone. Please give me strengt and grace and courage for the child’s sake. Please help me solve my living situation wisely. Please don’t let me be a burden. Please reveal Your will for my purpose in life so that I can be a worthy child of God. Forgive me my sins. Amen
