I work with a teacher who shows favoritism towards the other aide I work with. It is selfish & inconsiderate & rude to the students & I in the classroom. They focus on themselves, their moods, their personal lives&focus on each other all day long. It isn’t right. I pray for God to intercede & correct their behavior, as the focus shud be on the students¬ on their personal lives. I pray for proper authorities & supervisor to become fully aware of what is really going on in the classroom, for the truth to be revealed & corrected for the students sake in all classrooms
