I found out in February ,I have pulmonary embolism a Hugh blood clot in my left leg 5 inches above my knee and 6 inches belowy left knee,I had knee surgery in 2019, now I’m on eliquis,blood thinners twice a day ,it hurts to sit or stand long periods at a time, trying to get healthy and eat right and exercise but it’s limited on the exercise part cause there is some I can not do cause of blood clots ,i feel depressed and sad emotionally most days but I’m stubborn and I’m determined to fight to get healthy for my kids and grandbabies
