My wife walked out on our 40-year marriage amid our retirement. She moved in a drug dealer and filed for divorce. I contested the divorce to no avail. She hasn’t conversed with me since her abandonment in October 2018. She emptied our joint account that I had deposited many thousands of dollars in to purchase our retirement home in St.Thomas, V.I. Everything had been we’ll plan out ahead of time. The divorce went through on March 2021. She is still living with the same guy. She has lied to both of my children about why she “had” to leave and turned them both against me. She is bipolar/alcoholic and stopped taking her meds in December 2017.
She needs back on her medication and repent and ask Christ for forgiveness. My prayer is that she returns to Jesus and yields to the Holy Spirit so that we can at least discuss our children and the 2.5-year-old precious granddaughter. My heart is broken and satan works every second of the day on my mind regarding her ungodly behavior.
At one time she was a strong believer and it breaks my heart to witness the 360° turn around with no reason or warning. Thank you all for reading my request. I know that God can move in her heart in His timing, not mine!
