My retirement savings were stolen from me. I am almost 73 years old, alone, and it was part of my “blanket of assistance” if I should need money for assisted living, or nursing as I age. I do not have family that can help me in that condition. I pray that the person who took my savings to return them to me by a change of heart.
I do not want to be a burden to anyone, so I rely on Jesus to protect me from people who would deprive the elderly of their earnings. I have faith that Jesus will hear my prayers and yours, on my behalf, to strengthen my faith to await answers to my prayer. Help me to have a forgiving spirit and give the glory to Jesus. Let justice be done in mending hearts, bring sensitivity to the culprit’s heart, and mercy to the one who wronged me as I rebuild trust in our fellow man.
In Jesus’ name I pray, and thank you for your prayers too!
