Remember the Lord

by Marilyn (Parlin, New Jersey, USA)

I have read the words of the Lord and try to follow

But still I find myself in sorrow
Hard shoulders, neck like stone
Unbearable headaches I cannot control
The pain of my shoulders puts me at loss
I sympathize with Jesus with the weight of the cross
The Lord tells me I should not Dismay
For my faith in his words will show me the way
And yet I despair with worries beyond my control
I should leave it to him as I have been told
The Lord is good The Lord is kind
I must remember this during these times
Dear Lord unto your hand I place my sorrows
For you have shown there is always a tomorrow

    Hello Marilyn,

I’m so sorry that your not feeling good. I was just wondering if you ever heard of “Fibromyalagia? If not, maybe you should look into it. God Bless you. My prayers goes out to you. Happy Holidays

  2. fibromyalgia

I have fibromyalgia, sciatica, depression, and anxiety among other problems and I am doing my best to hang on, but I know I must give this to Jesus and go about my living as best I can. Some days, like today the depression is controlling me, so I know a nice cry will help me and that afterwards with tears and prayers, I will feel better. I will have to make myself do what I need to do. My husband does not understand because he hasn’t walked in my shoes, but he does the best he can in understanding. Tomorrow I have to have casts made to have both knees cast for total knee replacement. Don’t know how I am going to manage afterwards. Am told the pain is severe, I will be home alone trying to manage it. I have a lot to pray about and with all this, try to meet the needs of others, especially there prayer needs. To the best of my ability I am loving and trusting God will help me today and help others that have needs that are beyond my comprehension. I know God can provide the answers if I can trust him enough to let it go and stop worrying. To all who read this, may God answer your prayers that you have that you can’t do anything other than pray and trust Him. I thank God for each of you who suffer in any way that God will touch your life today and give you comfort in what you need.
