I come before you now to humbly beseech for the reconciliation of my marriage. I pray that you would bring my husband home. Help him to remember our wedding vows and to be faithful to them. Remind him that you, oh Lord, hate divorce, and that his wife and children need him home. Please stop him from being influenced by evil doers and forces from outside our marriage. Please impress upon his heart, mind, and soul how much he is loved by me, his wife, and remind him of his love for me, that he still professes.
He is the love of my life, the only man I have ever really loved, my heart is broken and I find it difficult to get through each day without my love by my side. My love is mine and I am his. Without him here my heart rains great tears of sorrow inside me and my eyes are blurred with weeping when I think about him being gone. Please help my husband remember all the good and positive things about us and our marriage and help him let the negative things fall behind us and no longer influence us in the future.
I know that I have made many mistakes and sinned against you, oh Lord. I pray that you would forgive me. I pray that you would forgive me for my part in my marriage’s troubles. Please let my husband feel a spirit of genuine forgiveness from me, and let him forgive me as well. I know that You can heal our marriage and ourselves, oh Lord, and I ask for your healing touch on us and our marriage.
I pray that you would keep him safe and sound. Comfort him and be his guide. Speak to him and turn his heart towards home.
I ask all these things in the name of your precious son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Glory be to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. AmenReturn to Marriage Prayer
