Heavenly Father,
The business is yours and I am helping to steer this ship for you. Please guide me to make the correct decisions when it comes to employees and its finances. Without your assistance this ship will sink. I do not want to let you down and want it to be sucessful for you and our communities. Point me to those who value the products and want to support our mission. Remove those who may be halting our growth let it be employees whos hearts are not in their jobs and others who do not wish for us to be successful.
